CAPF Eligibility Criteria 2022- UPSC will release the eligibility criteria of CAPF 2022 on April 20 along with notification. All applicants must check the CAPF exam eligibility before filling the application form. Graduate candidates having an age between 20 to 25 years are eligible to fill the UPSC CAPF exam form.
Candidates who will qualify the exam and satisfy all UPSC CAPF eligibility criteria will be recruited in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) i.e. Border Security Force (BSF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). CAPF Eligibility Criteria 2022 Educational Qualification
Aspirants must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or possess an equivalent qualification can apply for the examination. All the norms of UPSC CAPF 2022 eligibility must be fulfilled by the candidates prior to apply online for UPSC CAPF recruitment.
CAPF Eligibility Criteria 2022 Age Limit
The CAPF age limit is between 20 to 25 years (as on August 1, 2022), i.e. he/she must have been born after August 2, 1998 and before August 1, 2003. Relaxation in upper CAPF age limit is applicable as per the government norms.

CAPF Eligibility Criteria 2022 Nationality– Only a citizen of India is allowed to appear in the examination. A subject of Nepal or Bhutan can also apply for the exam, but he/she has to produce a valid eligibility certificate.
CAPF Eligibility 2022 Gender– According to CAPF 2022 eligibility, both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply for CAPF AC exam.
UPSC CAPF Eligibility- Physical Efficiency Tests
To qualify in the Physical Efficiency Tests (PET), candidates should have the ability to perform the given activities in the specified duration or requirements. The physical test will be conducted for the candidates who will qualify the written exam and satisfy the minimum CAPF eligibility criteria-

UPSC CAPF Exam Eligibility 2022
- Pregnant females will be rejected or disqualified at the time of PET.
- Candidates should have clear hearing ability without any degree of deafness.
- Persistence of any disease like DNS, tubercular ulceration, atrophic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis can lead to disqualification during medical test.
- Candidates possessing NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate will be considered prior to others.
UPSC CAPF 2022 Application Form
The Commission will release the online application form in April 20 on its official website. Candidates must satisfy the UPSC CAPF eligibility criteria 2022 before filling the form. The last date to apply is May 10. Only online mode to submit the application form will be available. Along with the online forms, candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 200/- in online mode only. The commission will not accept any hard copy of the form.
