SSC CGL 2018- Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2018. The exam is commonly referred as SSC CGL Exam. The CGL examination (Tier-1) will be conducted in online mode from 25 July 2018 to 20 August 2018. Aspirants who meet all the necessary eligible conditions can apply for the examination from 05 May 2018, earlier the date for the release of SSC CGL Notification was 21 April 2018. Aspirant should submit their application form before the last date i.e. last week of May 2018. SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2018 will be conducted for recruitment to various posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations. SSC CGL 2018 Eligibility Criteria

The aspirants must have a graduate degree in order to be eligible for the examination. Alongside, the minimum age limit for the examination is 18 Years and the maximum age limit is 30 years.

The condition of educational qualification and age limit may vary according to the desired post. Hence, check the SSC CGL eligibility norms for the respective post before applying for the examination.

Education Qualification-

  1. For Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. (Desirable Qualification – Chartered Accountant or cost &Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics)
  2. For Junior Statistical Officer– Bachelor’s Degree in any subject or Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level:

The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply. The crucial date for reckoning of age calculation for CGLE 2018 would be 01 August 2018 and no change will be entertained in this date.

SSC CGL 2018 Application Form

Those who meet all the eligibility terms and conditions will be able to apply for the examination through the online mode only. The online application form of SSC CGL 2018 has been issued on 05 May 2018 on the official website of the Commission. The last date to submit the forms is 04 June 2018. Candidates are advised to read the complete instructions before filling the complete application form. No application form will be accepted after the last date or incomplete.

Application Fee Details – Candidates have to remit an application fee of Rs. 100, either by SBI challan or net banking or debit/credit card. Female candidates and the candidates belonging to SC/ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen category are exempted from paying the application fee.

SSC CGL 2018 Admit Card

The admit card of SSC CGL 2018 will be sent to the applicants on their registered address. However, due to postal delay, there may be a chance that candidates will not receive the admit card. Hence, in this case, registered candidates can download their CGL Admit card from the regional websites of the commission.

SSC CGL 2018 Result

The SSC CGL 2018 result will be announced after the conclusion of every step. The CGL Tier 1 Result will be announced in the month of October 2018 on the official website of the commission. The result will be uploaded in the form of pdf file wherein name and roll number of the selected candidates will be mentioned.

SSC CGL 2018 Answer Key

The answer key of the SSC CGL 2018 will be uploaded within a month after conduction the examination. However, unofficial answer key will also be released by some institutes online. The unofficial answer keys will be issued immediately after the examination. We will also host the link of the answer keys. Candidates have right to challenge the answer keys if they find any errors. Dates related to the challenge and verifying the response will be declared along with the release of answer key.

SSC CGL 2018 Cut Off

SSC CGL 2018 Cut off is the minimum marks that candidates have to attain in the examination in order to qualify the exam.
