JEE Main Application Form 2023, Registration- Date, Process, Fee

JEE Main Application Form 2023- NTA will release the online application form of JEE Main 2023 in November 2022. The JEE Main registration 2023 link will be available on its official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The last date for JEE Main 2023 registration will fall in January 2023. Students who aspire to be an engineer need to fill the JEE Main 2023 application form as the initial stage of admission process.

Aspirants have to submit their completely filled JEE 2023 application form along with the application fee before the last date. Before opting to submit the JEE Mains application form 2023, do check all the NTA JEE eligibility conditions. JEE Main 2023 will be held twice in January 2023 & April 2023. The Joint Entrance Test will be held in online or computer-based mode only.

All the details that you would provide in online JEE registration form should match with your original documents such as Name, Father’s Name, Address, date of birth, Email-Id and valid phone number.  Also, before submitting the  JEE Main 2023 Application form, recheck all the details. Aspirants should remember that the board will not accept any hard copy of JEE Main application form.

JEE Main Application form 2023- Who can apply?

Candidates must have qualified Class 12th or equivalent qualifying exam in 2021 & 2022. The minimum of 75% marks (65% for SC/ST Candidates) in qualifying exam has been scrapped. Alongside, candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in Class 12^th. Candidates who are appearing in qualifying exam in 2023 are also eligible.

How to fill JEE Main Application Form 2023?

Candidates have to follow the mentioned steps to successfully submitting the application form of JEE Main 2023.

Initially, candidates have to visit the Official website of JEE Main.

Step-1– Afterwards, Fill the JEE Main 2023 Application Form, choose your Password & save the system generated Application Number

In JEE Main Application Form 2023, you have to mention your details i.e.

• Exam Related Details
• Personal Details
• Academic Details
• Mailing Address Details
• Guardian Details
• Password
• Security Pin

Step-2– Then, upload the scanned images of signature, photograph & thumb impression in the specified dimensions. Check the below table for details.

• Scanned Copy of recent colored photograph and signature
• Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking details for fee payment

Specifications for scanned images-

All the images must be in .jpeg format only.

Step-3 In the last step of JEE Main Application Form 2023, pay the prescribed application fee.

JEE Main 2023 Application Fees-

Paying an application fee along with the JEE Mains Application Form 2023 is utmost necessary for all the students in response to complete the online registration.

1. Credit (additional charges: 1.20% of the exam fee along with the service tax as applicable) OR
2. Debit Card (additional charges: 0.75% of the exam fee along with taxes for exam fee up to Rs. 2000 and 1% + taxes for examination fee more than Rs. 2000) OR
3. Through e-Challan generated after successful submission of the online application form.

Candidates can deposit the application fee in cash at any branch of Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank, HDFC and ICICI Bank.

Important: Candidates must check all details carefully before making payment. Once payment of the JEE Main 2023 Fees is done, changes cannot be made.

• Candidates should download the system generated acknowledgement receipt and keep the same safely.
• Candidates must keep transaction details safe, as it can be required lately.
• Save the original copy of the photographs that have been used in JEE Main Application Form 2023.
• No candidate will receive JEE Main admit card without filling the application form.
