CS Course- Important Dates

CS Foundation Programme March 31 for appearing in December Exam  in the same year
September 30 for June Exam next year
CS Executive Programme February 28 for appearing in both modules in December Exams in the same year
May 31 for appearing in single module in December Examination in the same year
August 31 for appearing in both modules in June Exam in the next year
November 30 for appearing in a single module in June Exam in the next year.

Eligibility Criteria to become company secretary after 12th

To become a company secretary, students have to satisfy the given eligibility norms. Aspirants must note that there is no minimum percentage required for cs after 12. Here are some steps which are imparted by ICSI (The Institute of Company Secretaries of India). 

  • Candidates who aspire to become a certified company secretary after passing 10+2, they have to register for the first level of Foundation Programme.
  • After graduation aspirants who wish to pursue the company secretary will have to go for two levels i.e Executive Programme and Professional Programme. 
  • Candidates can go for the alternative courses along with CS courses such as LLB with CS, MBA finance with CS, CA with CS, CFA and NCFM courses.
