GATE 2025- IIT Roorkee has launched the GATE 2025 official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in. GATE application form 2025 and brochure will be released on August 31. IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE 2025, also known as Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, on February 1, 2, 8 and 9, 2025. GATE exam is conducted for the admission of the candidates in the M.Tech/ M.E. programs. The last date for online registration of GATE exam 2025 will fall in September 2024. Eligible candidates should submit the filled GATE application forms before the deadline. There is no age limit to apply for GATE 2025.

GATE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates appearing for the GATE exam must satisfy the eligibility norms mentioned on gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The eligibility conditions required to be fulfilled by the candidates are provided below in the table:

GATE 2025 Application Form
The application form for GATE 2025 will be available via online mode only. Candidates can complete their registration through GATE Online Application Processing System. They will have to provide all the details and upload a scanned photograph in the application form. They must also keep their degree, category certificate, etc ready with them. Along with that, they need to pay 1800/- as an application fee. For women candidates, SC, ST and PWD candidates, they will have to pay 900/-.
- For GATE International candidates, the application fee is US Dollars 50. GATE 2025 application fee payments can be done either through online by using net banking or debit card or e-challan facilities.

GATE 2025 Exam Pattern
- The GATE 2025 examination consists of a single paper of 3-hour duration that contains 65 questions carrying a maximum of 100 marks.
- The question paper will consist of both multiple choice questions (MCQ) and numerical answer type (NAT) questions.
- The examination will be carried out in an ONLINE Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
GATE 2025 Admit Card
The admit card will be released only for the candidates who have completed their registration for GATE 2025. The incomplete and the incorrect application forms will be rejected without any prior information. Without the admit card, they will not be allowed to appear in the exam. GATE exam admit card can only be downloaded from the official portal from January 3. No Admit Cards shall be sent by post/email.
GATE 2025 Result
The result of GATE 2025 will be released by IIT Roorkee on March 16. Candidates will need their enrolment ID and password to download the GATE result through online mode. The candidates who obtain scores equal to more than the GATE cut off will be able to access their score card.
