MAT 2016 Application Form for December Examination has been released on 6 October 2016. The candidates those who want to appear in the exam will have to fill and submit their application form till the last date. The last date to submit the application form via offline mode is 26 November 2016 and via online mode is 29 November 2016. The candidates must make sure that the details provided by them in the application form are correct and complete in all aspects. MAT December Application Form 2016
The application form for MAT December 2016 is available via online and offline mode as well. But prior to filling the application Form, the candidates must check the eligibility criteria first. If the candidates are completely eligible for the exam, then only they must submit the application form otherwise the form will not be accepted or will be rejected in the further process.
Process To Fill The Application Form-
As the application will be available via online and offline mode, therefore it is necessary to provide the details for both. Below we are providing the instructions to complete the application via online and offline mode as well.
Offline mode:
To complete the application via offline mode, the candidates will have to visit the AIMA office in New Delhi. They will have to obtain the hard copy of the application form, bulletin and CD by paying 1200/- in cash. They will have to fill the MAT December Application Form 2016 and paste their recent passport sized photo and submit the form in the AIMA office.
Online mode:
To apply via online mode, the candidates will have to visit the official website and upload the scanned image of their photograph and signature. The candidates will have to make sure that they provide all the details asked in the form. After filling the form and uploading the images, the candidates will have to pay the application fee as well.
NOTE: After completion, the candidates must take a copy of their application form and fee receipt with them.
