The MBA admission process is a 03 stage process that includes Written Exam, Group discussion, and Personal Interview. Among all the trickiest stage is Group discussion, which is conducted to select a socially suitable candidate among the knowledgeable candidates. Through this round, the attitudinal and behavioural answers of the candidates will be evaluated. Candidates who attain the minimum cut off marks in the written examination will be called to appear in the GD Round. In this round, small groups are formed to discuss their point of views on a random topic, provided by the panel. The topic can be on the recent trending issues or prominent problems of the society like women security, feminism, and more. The main intention to conduct the round is to check whether you are the suitable candidate for the institute or not. Hence, you will receive marks on the basis of your presentation, the way of communication, attitude, and more.
