  1. Be a good listener before stating your point- Calmly, listen to the point of view of others and then, present your views with a smile on your face.
  2. Respect the view of others and appreciate them- Appreciate other’s point of view on the same topic, no matter how different they are.
  3. Always mention your point is such a way that is to understand- Be short and crisp while stating your point. Use simple words so that everyone can understand your thoughts.
  4. Practice to state your points logically- If you have stats on the topic then do reveal them. It is always better to give logics and stats to clarify your views.
  5. Writing essays on different topics is a good habit to get knowledge on different aspects- Practice different topics by writing an essay on them. It helps you in collecting relevant and quality details.
  6. Read current affair magazines and attain as much information as you can- Keep updated yourself with latest happenings hence, read newspapers, watch news channels and more
