FDDI 2019 Application Form – Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) has released the online application form for FDDI AIST 2019 on January 10. FDDI AIST 2019 Application Form- Document Required
Before starting the FDDI 2019 registration, candidates should keep the given documents ready to eliminate the unnecessary hassles.
- Valid Email ID
- Personal & Educational qualification details
- Caste certificate (for candidates belonging to SC / ST/ OBC category)
- Disability Certificate for PwD candidates
- Scanned Image of photograph of size less than 50 KB in jpg / jpeg format
- Scanned Image of signature of size less than 50 KB in jpg / jpeg format
- Debit / Credit Card details
How to submit online FDDI AIST 2019 Application Form?
Candidates have to follow the given steps to apply for FDDI AIST 2019
Step 1- Click the above given link or visit the official website of FDDI to access the application form of FDDI AIST 2019
Step 2 – Online Register– Fill the asked details with Name, Email ID, Date of Birth, Category and program type to register online. Click on “Submit” tab to generate the login ID which will be communicated through entered email ID and through SMS.
Step 3 – Fill FDDI 2019 Application Form– login to your account with the computer generated ID and password to open the blank application form. Fill all the details correctly.
Step 4 – Upload Requisite Documents- After entering the details, candidates need to upload the requisite documents in jpg format. Make sure the size and format of scanned documents are correct.
Step 5- Pay the application fees– Now, pay the asked application fee of Rs. 500/- through Debit/Credit Card or Demand Draft.
Step 6 – Submit the FDDI 2019 application form– Upon completing the all steps, candidates need to submit the form online. Candidates are suggested to download the confirmation page which will be generated after submitting the online applications.
