CGPET 2019- Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board will conduct the Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test, also named as CGPET 2019, in the second week of May 2019. It is a state level entrance exam conducted for the admission of the candidates in the undergraduate engineering courses offered by various private and government colleges of the state. The application form of CGPET 2019 will be released in the last week of March 2019. CGPET 2019 Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for CGPET 2019, the candidates needs to be eligible for the same. They will have to satisfy all the eligibility criteria given below prior to filling for the entrance test.
General Eligibility Norms
- Candidates should have a valid domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh.
- Candidates should also have valid JEE Main 2019
- Candidates appearing in the final year of Class 12th are also eligibile.
For Engineering- Candidate must have qualify the 12th or equivalent exam from Chhattisgarh board or any other recognized board with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PH). Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and one of the technical vocational subject.
For Agriculture Engineering- Candidate must have qualify the 12th or equivalent exam from Chhattisgarh board or any other recognized board with at least 50% marks in PCM & English (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PH). Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. Alongside, the age of candidate should be minimum 16 years.
For Dairy Technology- Candidate must have qualify the 12th or equivalent exam from Chhattisgarh board or any other recognized board with at least 50% marks in PCM & English (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PH). Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. Alongside, the age of candidate should be minimum 17 years.
CGPET 2019 Application Form
The application process for CGPET 2019 will be available via online mode only. The candidates will have to visit the official website in order to apply for the exam. They will have to provide all the details in the form correctly. It is expected to be released in the fourth week of March 2019. Any form received after the last date will not be accepted under any circumstances. The application fee for the exam can be paid via credit card, debit card, net banking or bank challan.

CGPET 2019 Exam Pattern
- The exam will be held in two shifts i.e Morning & Evening shifts.
- The test duration will be of 180 minutes.
- All the question will be of multiple choice.
- 01 mark will be awarded for each correct response.
