BSEB STET Result- Pass Percentage
Below are the category-wise pass marks for STET exam 2027:
- General: 50%
- OBC: 42.5%
- BC: 45.5%
- SC, ST, Woman and Divyang candidates: 40%
A total of 4,23,822 candidates appeared for the STET exam this year. Among them, 2,63,911 candidates took Paper-1 (for Class 9-10 teacher eligibility), and 1,59,911 candidates took Paper-2 (for Class 11-12 teacher eligibility). The overall pass percentage this year is 70.25%.
In Paper-1, the exam was held for 16 subjects through Computer-Based Test (CBT), and 1,94,697 candidates passed, giving a pass percentage of 73.77%. For Paper-2, the exam was conducted for 29 subjects, with a pass percentage of 64.44%.
Comparison with Last Year (2023):
In 2023, a total of 3,00,726 candidates passed the STET exam, with a pass percentage of 79.79%. Out of the 4,28,387 candidates who registered, 3,76,877 candidates appeared for both Paper-1 and Paper-2. The pass percentages were 82.90% for Paper-1 and 74.37% for Paper-2.
