10 Lines on How I Spent My Holidays- Everyone likes holidays. We can do the things we enjoy during the holidays. We have freedom in every way. Some people go on vacation, while others find time to learn new things. During holidays, we fulfill hobbies that we can’t pursue in our everyday life. We enjoy being connected with our family, having fun, and living peacefully without any tension. We all get a chance to learn and see something new during the holidays. This time, I am planning to visit Rajasthan during the holidays.

10 Lines on How I Spent My Holidays

1. I went to visit Rajasthan with my family during the holiday. Along with sightseeing, I also learned about historical landmarks. Rajasthan is the stronghold of kings, and the architecture of the palaces there was worth seeing.
2. Rajasthan is known as the land of kings. Many brave kings have ruled here since ancient times. It was once called ‘Rajputana.’ Kings like Raja Maharana Pratap, Maharana Sanga, Maharaja Surajmal, and Maharaja Jawahar Singh are famous for their extraordinary patriotism and bravery. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India.
3. First of all, we visited the forts of Rajasthan, as it is considered the city of forts. We started with the Hawa Mahal in Jaipur. The most important feature of this palace was its many windows, from which cool air blew, where all the princesses of the Mahal used to play. This palace was incredibly beautiful, and its artwork was unmatched.
4. On the second day, we visited Mount Abu, the only hill station in the state of Rajasthan. It is a leading tourist spot in Rajasthan and is also special for the followers of Jainism. The view there was breathtaking. The cool breeze and the natural beauty were truly mesmerizing.
5. There, we also encountered one of the most beautiful civilizations in India. Everything, from the straw to the dishes, was captivating. The puppet dance was especially enchanting. I also gained a lot of knowledge about the history of India.
6. One day, we visited Meera Mandir. This majestic temple is an important place of worship for Hindus, as Meera Bai wrote many hymns and poems dedicated to Lord Krishna here. When we entered the temple to worship, we felt a wonderful sense of peace and happiness.
7. My vacation eventually came to an end, and I had to leave for home with my family. But all the places I visited in Rajasthan were very beautiful and captivating.
8. I was so immersed in the atmosphere there that I didn’t want to leave. The outfits and dishes, such as Daal-Batti Churma, have now become some of my favorite dishes.
9. The folk music of Rajasthan had such a magical effect on all of us that we all started dancing in joy.
10. This has been one of the best holidays I have ever had. I visited many beautiful places, had amazing experiences, and spent quality time with my loving family. It was the best vacation I’ve ever had.
