VIT Admission 2026 Exam Schedule
- VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2026 exam dates are April 28 to May 3, 2026.
- The exam duration is 2 hours 30 minutes.
- The authorities will hold the exam in 3 sessions per day.
- Exam Timings (IST): 9.00 am – 11.30 am (I session) / 12.30 pm – 3 .00 pm (II session) / 4.00 pm – 6 .30 pm (III session)
VITEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who were born on or after July 1, 2004 and have qualified the +2/Intermediate Exam with an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology are eligible to apply for the entrance test. Know the VITEEE eligibility 2026.
- They must also obtain at least 60% marks in the PCM/B.
- Candidates who have passed their class XII from NIOS are eligible as well.
VITEEE 2026 Application Form
The application forms of VITEEE 2026 were released on October 24. VITEEE application form link is available at vit.ac.in. Candidates can access the forms on the official website of the University. The candidates will have to fill their name, email id, category, date of birth and other details as well. Once the VIT 2026 form is completed, the candidates will have to make the fees payment as well. Without it the form will not be considered complete.
VITEEE Application Fee
The application fee for VIT entrance exam 2026 has been mentioned here. Candidates need to pay the fee through online mode by net banking, credit card or debit card.

- For NRI Candidates- 90 USD
Once the candidates are done, they must keep the copy of their VITEEE 2026 application form and fee receipt safe with them as these might be required in further processes.
VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2026 Slot Booking
As the exam will be conducted in various slots, therefore the candidates will have to book their slot for the exam. They will have to choose the date and time in which they have to appear in the exam. The candidates missing their slot will not be allowed to appear in the exam in any other slot.
The candidates must carefully book their slot for VITEEE exam 2026 as once missed, they will not be allowed to re-appear in any other slot. Candidates should provide the details of exam date and time while booking a slot which will further be mentioned on the admit card.
VITEEE 2026 Exam Pattern
The questions asked in the examination will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type. Candidates appearing in PCME are eligible for all the B.Tech. Engineering programmes offered at VIT University.

VITEEE 2026 Admit Card
VIT university will release the VITEEE admit card in online mode. Only registered candidates will be able to download their admit card. VITEEE exam 2026 admit card will contain details like candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, venue and exam date instruction.
VIT Entrance Exam 2026 Syllabus
VIT has released the complete VITEEE exam syllabus for all subjects at viteee.vit.ac.in. Candidates should cover all topics for VITEEE 2026 at least a month before so that they can practice sample paper and mock tests.
VIT Entrance Exam Result 2026
The authorities will declare the result of VITEEE 2026 at www.vit.ac.in in the 2nd week of May 2026. Candidates will need their application number and password to check the VITEEE result online. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in VITEEE 2026. Selected candidates will be called for the counselling process on the basis of candidate’s rank and marks.
VITEEE 2026 Cut off
The cut off of VITEEE 2026 will be released after the result announcement. Several factors are considered while preparing cut off marks such as number of students appeared, difficulty level of exam, and more. Only candidates who attain the marks equal to or more than VITEEE cut off marks will be called for counselling.
VITEEE Counselling
VIT University will hold the VIT entrance exam counselling process in offline mode. After announcing the result, the University will release the counselling schedule. It is expected that the counselling will be commenced from the first week of May 2026.
