Manipal Entrance Test 2019- The online registration for MET 2019 has been commenced on 10 October 2018. Manipal University will hold the Manipal University Online Entrance Test 2019, commonly referred as MU OET, in the second week of April 2019. The information brochure and online application form will be issued online in the month of November 2018. The only mode to fill the MU OET 2019 application form is online. It is a university level entrance test to offer admission in to various B.Tech, B.Tech Lateral Entry, and M.Tech courses for the academic year 2019-20. Manipal Entrance Test Eligibility 2019

It is necessary for the candidates to satisfy all the eligibility criteria of Manipal Entrance Test 2019 otherwise, their application will not be accepted. The MET 2019 eligibility conditions that must be satisfied by the candidates are:

• The candidates must have qualified class XII or any equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and English as the main subjects.
• Also, the minimum aggregate marks in the exam must not be less than 50%.
• Apart from that, the candidates must have also studied one optional subject, i.e., Chemistry, biology or Biotechnology.

Manipal Entrance Test Registration 2019

Candidates who meet all the conditions of Manipal Entrance Test 2019 eligibility will be able to fill and send their application form. The MU OET 2019 application form is available on the official website of the University, https://manipal.edu. They will have to submit all the details that are asked in the form. Incorrect and incomplete application forms will be rejected.

Apart from that, the candidates will have to pay the application fee as well. The application fee for the exam is 600/-. In additions, the candidates will also have to pay the examination fee of 1400/- for selected courses. Candidates belonging to Foreign /International/ NRI / NRI Sponsored category should pay a fee of Rs. 2500.

Manipal Entrance Test Slot Booking 2019

The online slot booking system for Manipal Entrance Test 2019 will be starting once the registration process is completed. The candidates will have to register their test center, date and the slot for the exam. The candidates will need their application number and password for booking their slot.

MET Admit Card 2019

The admit card will be released only for the candidates those who complete their slot booking process. Without the MU OET 2019 admit card, the candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam. The admit card will be containing all the details about the candidate and his/her exam as well. They will have to keep it even after the completion of the Manipal Entrance Test 2019.

MET 2019 Exam Pattern

Aspirants should be aware of the complete examination pattern of the entrance test to prepare a study plan. A well-planned study schedule can lead to the success. For the convenience of the candidates, the MET Exam pattern has been mentioned here-

• The duration of test will be 150 minutes i.e. 02 hours 30 minutes.
• The language of the test will be English only and will comprise of 200 MCQs (multiple choice questions)
• MU OET 2019 will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode only.
• 01 mark will be awarded for right answer. There will be no negative marking.

MU OET 2019 Syllabus

MU OET Result 2019

The result of Manipal Entrance Test 2019 will be released on the official website, in the last week of May 2019. Candidates will need their application number and password to check the MET result that will provide the details of candidate’s scores and rank. Based on the scores, a merit list will be prepared by the University to commence the counselling process.
