The admit card of IOQM 2025 is released in online mode. Below are the steps to download the IOQM admit card.
- Visit the official website mtai.org.in/ www.iaptexam.in, reg.ioqexam.in/ emsecure.in/MTAEXAM
- Click “IOQM 2025 exam admit card link”
- Enter the registration number and password
- Click on “Submit”
- IOQM hall ticket will appear on the screen.
Students should download a print copy of the IOQM exam admit card and bring the same while appearing for exam.

IOQM 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
IAPT will release the important guidelines for students to follow on the exam day to avoid the COVID19 spread.
- All students must bring their IOQM admit card along with the one valid ID proof and 2 recent photographs.
- Examinees will have to sign a ‘self-declaration’ form, which will be sent to them along with the hall ticket. If any examination functionary or student fails to meet the self-declaration criteria, they will be denied entry.
- Exam authority will do thermal scanning at the exam hall. Only asymptomatic students and staff will be allowed inside.
- Students must wear a face cover/mask while appearing for exam. Also, they should follow the social distancing of at least 6 feet.
- Examinees must bring their own water bottle and will not share with others.
