GITAM GAT 2025- Exam Date, Application, Eligibility

GITAM GAT 2025- Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) will conduct GITAM Admission Test 2025 in 3rd week of April 2025. Candidates who have passed their class 12th examination are eligible for the GITAM GAT exam. GITAM Registration will commence in November 2024. GITAM GAT 2025 is a university level online test for the admission of eligible candidates in the undergraduate engineering and technology courses. It has three campuses of the University located at Bangalore, Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.

GITAM GAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

There are certain norms provided by the University to determine the candidate’s eligibility for GITAM GAT 2025. In order to apply for the GITAM GAT 2025, the candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions. Candidates who satisfy all these conditions will be considered eligible for the exam. If even a single condition remains unfulfilled, then they will not be allowed to appear in the exam.

The GITAM GAT Eligibility criteria that must be satisfied by the candidates are:

• The candidates must have completed their class XII or any equivalent from a recognized Board. They must have also scored a minimum aggregate of 70% in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
• The candidates seeking admission in Biotechnology must have completed class XII with aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
• Candidates who are appearing in class XII in 2025 are eligible as well.
• First rank holders in the Class 12th exams, conducted by state and the central board will be eligible for the direct admission.

GITAM GAT 2025 Application Form

Candidates must check the eligibility before filling the GITAM GAT application form according to their convenience. The online application form will be available on the main web portal of GITAM University and to apply via offline mode, candidates will have to purchase the application from the selected branches of Union Bank of India, Karur Vyasya Bank and Indian Bank.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay Rs 1200/- as an application fee through net banking, debit card, or credit card.

GITAM GAT 2025 Exam Pattern

• The exam will be conducted in online or computer based mode only.
• The duration of the test will be of 02 hours.
• A total of 100 multiple choice question will be asked in GITAM GAT 2025.
• One mark will be deducted as negative marking for each incorrect answer.
• For each right answer, 4 marks will be added in the total score of the candidates.

 GITAM GAT 2025 Admit Card

GITAM will release the GITAM GAT 2025 admit card in the first week of April 2025 for all registered candidates. GITAM GAT admit card 2025 will provide the details of exam date, time and venue. It is a mandatory document that candidates need to produce at the time of examination. Candidates need the details of their application number, gender and date of birth to download the admit card. Only those candidates who will book their exam slots will be able to download their admit card of GITAM GAT 2025.

GITAM GAT 2025 Result

The GITAM GAT result will be declared online in the last week of April 2025. Candidates who appeared in the test can check their scores in GITAM GAT 2025 by entering the enrolment number and date of birth. On the basis of GITAM GAT scores and rank, candidates will be called for counselling procedure to allot them a seat.
