Fill the Online Application Form

• Mention personal details like Date of Birth, Name, Contact Information, etc.
• You need to provide your academic and diploma information. 
• After that, you have to upload scanned copies of your signature and passport-size photograph according to specified measures.

Print and Submit Hard Copy with Papers

Once you submit the online registration.
