WB SET 2024 Exam Pattern

West Bengal State Eligibility Test 2024 will be conducted in 30 subjects. Paper I will be held in the morning session, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM while Paper 2 will be conducted in the afternoon session, from 11 AM to 1 PM. The Paper 1 will contain 50 multiple choice questions of 2 marks each on general topics while Paper 2 will comprise of 100 subject specific MCQs of 2 marks. Both papers are compulsory.

West Bengal SET Exam is conducted twice a year to check out the eligibility for the positions of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship in West Bengal.
