TS POLYCET 2025 Counselling Process 

The following process of TS POLYCET counselling is mentioned below.  Candidates can check out the procedure for their convenience. 

Step 1: Processing Fee Payment 

It is the initial step of the fee payment. Those candidates who will qualify for the entrance exam have to go through the counselling process. The eligible candidates need to pay the fee amount in the different methods of online mode, it can be paid by credit card, debit card or Internet Banking. They also have to submit some of the required credentials such as ICR Form Number, Date of Birth, Class 10th hall ticket number and so on. 

Step 2: Slot Booking for Certificate Verification 

After completing the first step which was fee payment, candidates need to go for the slot booking for the certificate verification process.

Step 3: Document Verification 

For document verification, candidates need to report to the TS POLYCET counselling centres according to the given date and time of the slot booked by them. Candidates have to carry their original documents and their photocopies for the verification process. When verification will be done, candidates will be eligible for option entry. 

Step 4: TS POLYCET Registration

Candidates will have to register for web-based TS Polycet counselling 2025, after the document verification. For their account, they will have to generate a password. The seat allotment will be done by this process only and candidates have to follow all these processes one by one. 

Step 5: Option Entry

The option entry will be conducted online. Here, candidates need to choose the variety of course and campus as per their interest. Aspirants should choose maximum choices so that they will increase the opportunity of seat allotment. 

Step 6: Locking of Choices 

After the option entry candidates have to lick their choices that they have selected. This process should be done before the last date of locking otherwise candidates will not be able to lock or change their choices. It will be locked automatically after the last date. 

Step 7: TS POLYCET Seat Allotment 

Seat allotment is the next process of TS Polycet counselling. The seat allotment will be released by the Telangana authority which will be based on the merit rank and choices locked by the candidates. Seat allotment will be done online and seat allotment will be available for the candidates in the personal account. After getting a seat allotted to them, candidates have to download the TS Polycet seat allotment letter which contains their name, institute name and other details. 

Step 8:  Reporting at the Allotted College

After the TS Polycet seat allotment finally, candidates will get their seat in respective colleges. Here, candidates need to report to the institute with their TS Polycet seat allotment letter and receipt of fee payment as proof.

Documents required at the time of Verification 

• Certificate of study from class lV to X. 
• Mark sheet of Class 10th and any other equivalent Examination mark sheet. 
• Admit Card and Rank Card of TS POLYCET 2025.
• Birth Certificate
• Community Certificate 
• Fitness Certificate 
• If aspirants do not belong to the local area then any other University relevant certificate. 
• Relevant certificate by the aspirants qualifying examination privately. 
• Minority Certificate, if acceptable
• Income certificate from Mandal Revenue Officer 2025.
• Conduct certificate from the institute last attended 
• And another relevant certificate if needed.
