Parents who are seeking free education to their children in private schools now check the MP RTE Lottery result. They can also download the allotment letter from the RTE MP portal. The allotted school details will be sent via SMS on the registered mobile number. Parents should keep all the document ready and report to the alloted school on time to complete the formalities.
MP RTE Reporting Details
Students have to report to the allotted schools on April 3, 2026. The last date for reporting is April 15, 2026. After the first phase ends, vacant seats will be filled in the second phase. The scheme aims to provide free education in private schools. It is for children from economically weaker sections.
The application process was closed on March 28, 2026 which included online application, document verification, school choice, lottery allotment, and final admission.
MP RTE Eligibility and Age Limit
The age criteria under the scheme is different for different class.
- Nursery: 3 to 4 years 6 months
- KG I: 4 to 5 years 6 months
- Class 1: 6 to 7 years 6 months
