MHT CET Application Form 2026– Maharashtra State CET will release the online application form of MHT CET 2026 in last week of December 2025. MHT CET 2025 application form direct link will be available at cetcell.mahacet.org. Eligible candidates should submit the filled MHT CET registration form  till February 2026. The State Common Entrance Test Cell will start the MHT CET registration online in December 2025. The last date to submit the MHTCET registration form will fall in February 2026.

How to fill MHT CET Application Form 2026?

Candidates should follow the below given details in order to successfully submit the filled online MHT CET registration form. It is suggested to fill the forms of MHT CET 2026 on time to avoid the late fee charges.

Step 1 – MHT CET Registration 2026

• Visit the official website at mahacet.org
• Select the ‘New Registration’ tab
• Enter personal information in the given blanks like first name, last name, name of the parents, contact details, etc.
• The username (4 to 15 characters) and password (8 to 20 characters) will be created and send to the candidates on their emailID.

Step 2 – MHT CET 2026 Form Filling Process

• Now, enter the login credentials and open the application form
• After logging in, candidates may click on ‘My application’ to continue with filling the further details
• Details filled during registration will be automatically filled in MHT CET application form
• The next step will be entering the contact details with permanent and correspondence address
• Other details like nationality, category of reservation, religion, etc.
• This shall be followed by filling in the qualifying examination details

After successfully submitting the MHT CET registration fee through online mode, candidates need to submit the MHT CET application form. After that, a confirmation page will be generated. Candidates need to download the MHT CET form confirmation for future use.

MHT CET 2026 Exam Centres

While filling the MHT CET application form, candidates will be required to select the cities of their choice in the order of preference. Candidates will be allotted the test centres based on their choices filled in MHT CET exam application form

The MHT CET exam 2026 shall be conducted at approximately 166 exam centres spread over 35 districts in Maharashtra. Candidates will have to choose 4 out of the list of districts for appearing in the exam with the most preferred on the top followed by the least preferred ones depending upon their own convenience of commutation.

How to retrieve MHT CET username?

If a candidate forgets the username which is used for login, then such candidate may follow the steps below:

• Now click on “Forgot Username” link.
• Enter your first name
• Now enter the registered mobile number
• Candidates will also have to enter their date of birth
• Enter the captcha code as displayed on the screen and click on submit
• Candidates will receive their MHT CET username on the registered mobile number.

How to retrieve MHT CET Registration password?

Many students forget the password set by them during MHT CET 2026 registration. Such candidates need to follow the below given steps to retreive the MHT CET application password.

• Visit cetcell.mahacet.org and click on the candidate login
• Now, click on “Forgot Password” link.
• Click on the option to retrieve password through OTP at a mobile number or email
• Now, enter the username in given blank.
• Fill in the captcha code.
• Now, select the ‘Send OTP’ option, whether to registered email ID or mobile number.
• Candidates will be required to create a new password with the specified combination of letters and special characters.
• Click “submit” and login to cross-check.
