GPAT Application Form 2026– National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the online application form of GPAT 2026 on December 23 at natboard.edu.in. The last date to submit GPAT 2026 application form is January 12, 2026. The application procedure includes online GPAT 2026 registration, filling application form, uploading scanned documents and payment of application fee. Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2026 will be conducted in online or computer based mode on March 7, 2026 from 9 AM to 12 noon. It is a national level test conducts for admission to M. Pharma courses across the country.

GPAT 2026 Eligibility
- There is no age restriction for GPAT 2026.
- Applicant must be a citizen of India.
- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Candidates studying in the final year of B. Pharmacy course are also eligible to apply for GPAT 2026.
GPAT Registration 2026- Documents Required
- Scanned passport photograph in JPG/JPEG format (size between 10 kb– 200 kb)
- Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format (size between 4 kb–30 kb)
How to Submit GPAT 2026 application Form?
After checking the eligibility, candidates should visit the official website of NTA GPAT, natboard.edu.in and follow the below mentioned steps to complete the GPAT registration
Step 1- Online GPAT 2026 Registration– Access the above given link or visit the main website. Click on “Fill Application Form”. Fill the basic information like, Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Contact Details, Address and more. After submitting the details, an GPAT application number will be sent on your registered email ID.
Step 2- Complete GPAT Application Form 2026– Login with the computer generated application number and password. Now, fill all the information in the respective blanks. Candidates should carefully fill their personal and communication details in the GPAT 2026 application form. Also, recheck the details before submitting the details.
Step 3- Upload Scanned Images– Along with the details, candidates have to upload the scanned copy of their recent photograph and signature. Make sure the size and format is correct.
Step 4- Pay Examination Fee– After uploading the scanned copy of recent images, candidates have to pay the mentioned examination fee. The fee should be submitted online through SBI MOPS by using Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card/e-Challan facility.
